Terms and Conditions of Sales
1. We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on the item(s).(Except championship jewelry - rings, etc.) are all final sales. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply call us within 24 hours of receiving your merchandise and we will issue a full refund less shipping, handling, & insurance. The way it is shipped is the way we expect it back.
ALL Purchases including Wire, Check , and Credit card purchases have a 15% restocking fee.
All sales are final after a 48 hour return policy unless you have a custom order or championship jewelry purchase.If it is a custom order or championship jewelry purchase, the sale is final. Remember all Championship rings,trophies,pendants,cufflinks, and charms are final.
2. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover at no additional charge.
3. We Welcome Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal checks are accepted, but will be held until funds clear. We will not ship the item til check clears. There will be a $30.00 charge for all returned checks. Please do not send cash in the mail.
4. We have layaway plans available . Please ask us about it. We will gladly hold an item for 24 hours with a credit card. All memorabilia is sold on a first come-first serve basis. No sale is considered final until payment is made.
5. Florida sales tax of 6.5% will be charged where applicable.
6. All items are shipped via the U.P.S. fully insured.
7. No refunds on custom orders ( Such as If you purchase a ring and have it resized .)
No refunds once the 72hr return priveledge has expired from date you receive item. No refunds on championship rings or jewelry.
